Receiver's Reports
On June 16, 2008, the Court approved the Receiver’s Turnaround Plan of Action “as a reasonable and necessary strategy to address the constitutional deficiencies in California’s prison health care system.” (Order Approving Receiver’s Turnaround Plan of Action at 1:13.) The Receiver’s Quarterly and Monthly Reports are based upon the goals and objectives contained in the Turnaround Plan of Action.
The Receiver’s Tri-Annual Reports contain comprehensive updates on the goals and objectives contained in the Turnaround Plan of Action.
The Receiver’s Monthly Reports are based upon the goals and objectives contained in the Turnaround Plan of Action; however, the content is limited to performance metrics.
The Receiver’s Special Reports are issued periodically on various topics.
